Pesto Tofu Bowl
Pan seared tofu in our house pesto sauce on a bed of spinach with sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and artichokes. Topped with provolone-mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan.
Pan Seared Tofu, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Artichoke Hearts, Grape Tomato, Grated Parmesean Cheese, Fresh Spinach, Sun-dried Tomato, Fresh Basil, Fresh Garlic, Kosher Salt
Microwave 1-2 minutes.
